The short version

WebMaths needs no account and collects nothing from the people who use it, children included. We use no cookies, show no ads, run no analytics or tracking, and load nothing from other companies' servers. The tools work entirely in your browser.

Who is responsible

Netspark OÜ (registry code 17056772), Kassisilma 14, Räni alevik, 61708 Tartu maakond, Estonia, is the controller of any personal data processed through this site. Contact: ailar@webmaths.com.

What is stored and why

• Request logs at our host. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which, like any web host, records technical details of each request (such as IP address, browser, the page asked for and the time) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use these only to run and protect the site (legitimate interest). Cloudflare may process them outside the European Union under its data processing terms and the safeguards they set out.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer it and for as long as the conversation needs, then delete them.

We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, and to correct, delete or restrict it, or object to how we use it. Write to ailar@webmaths.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the data protection authority where you live.

If what the site stores changes, we update this page first and change the date at the top.
